We had an unprecedented response to our first set of the vellum packs, and we have thousands of orders to fill. We apologize for the additional processing time, but we want to make sure that all of your orders are properly handled and personalized.

Status: all orders with numbers under or equal to 29545 have been packed and shipped.

We anticipate fulfillment to take 4-6 weeks due to the volume of orders.

Damaged order - email us. We insure every package.

Missing contents/wrong order - email us and we will make it right. Please check your package carefully. Bokmarks get stuck in the map and sometimes it looks like the pack only has vellum in it because the contents shift.

This page will show the order numbers as they ship out. You should also get shipping notifications, but sometimes they land into spam, so if you are worried, check here or email us.

At this point, we are exporting your orders into our shipping software, and our ability to make changes is very limited.

If you ordered an addon pack separately, you may get a fulfillment notice - that's us merging your order with your original purchase. If you had sent us a customer service request and were advised to order an addon pack separately but you couldn't do it in time, respond to that email and we can see what we can do. :)
